broker demand a video conference in English and don't withdraw my money. Lies after lies. A scam!

This is the most terrible broker i have ever seen. i have been trading for the past 10 years and Inzo is the top scammer! You open the account the leverage is 1:100, and they say after deposit they will increase to 1:500, it happens after deposit they change to 1:20, after speaking on live chat they say its their terms and conditions. After a month trading i deposit more money and they changed the pairs, speads, leverage without any notice and i had trades open which i could not close. I went to live chat and after discussion it took them 3 days to put back the pairs to normal. After a few weeks i had orders opened and Inzo closed them changed pairs and leverage AGAIN without my authorization. They claim is they new policy and rules. Stay away from that scam. I never saw such bad practices as Inzo.

Despite being a diligent user, my withdrawal requests have been repeatedly rejected without any valid explanation. The lack of transparency and the prolonged delay—more than a week—has left me incredibly frustrated. As a customer, I believe in clear communication and efficient service, both of which were sorely lacking in this instance. I sincerely hope Otet Markets addresses this issue promptly, providing transparent explanations and resolving withdrawal rejections more efficiently. Improved customer service would greatly benefit the credibility of this platform.

This fake broker delete profits without a email? Abusing trading for what? Im 50 years old, last 10 years trading what i am abusing? Fake broker, stay away

This broker i requested a withdrawal a month ago and they don't process it. i can see is on hold without a reason and they don't reply to emails. no live chat. scammers

After opening an account there and submit all the necessary and required documents i received an email saying to be approved i must call IG. After many attempts, i was able to speak with a Spanish representative, and she mentions in order to be approved i need to contact the gentleman Pablo Castrillo. After another session of calls, i finally spoke with him and he mentions i need to send more documents in order to be approved. I confront him replying i have sent all the documents required by your website, to which he replied "my analyst needs more documents". I ask him for information about his analyst, he refused to disclose it. I sent several emails to support i never got an answer!! Finally, i got a rude answer from Pablo which i post here. Finally saying, IG has many factors to be a scam!

I have requested a withdrawal, and Juno refuse to pay me with the same method I have deposited. This goes against AML policy.

I was trading on the platform for 2 days, and from one moment, unexpectedly, they disconnect my trading account and make it disable. After I contacted live chat and asked why my account is unable to trade when I was trading, i have been waiting for more than 5 minutes with no answer after he replies to contact via email, not letting me know what's wrong right after he disconnect the chat.

This platform will let you register from Europe and give you a live account and several welcome emails. But after you send the documents they will not approve and give a random excuse. Attached i include the list of the countries that are accepted and my country is there.
